Directions:
Apply the lotion to your entire body or use as a spot treatment for sore muscles, joints and pain relief. Allow approximately 30 minutes for full absorption.
Magnesium Content
Each teaspoon of lotion contains approximately 156mg of magnesium. The skin regulates absorption, so you don't have to worry about overapplying.
